TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) BOOKING CONDITIONS

You can book all GoOutside accommodation by email or on the www.gooutside.it website.
When you make a reservation, GoOutside will send you a quote. This will include information about the property, how long you can stay, what type of accommodation you have chosen, the total cost of the holiday and how you can pay.
To confirm the booking, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost within 7 days of making the booking, and the remaining balance within 14 days before the arrival date. If you are arriving in less than 14 days, you will need to pay the balance when you make your booking.
You can book a stay within three days of arriving. If you want to book at different times, please contact our booking office at: info@gooutside.it or call: +39 041 3194253.

2) CANCELLATION

You can cancel your booking at any time before you arrive. 

In case of cancellation:
• Within 14 days before arrival GoOutside will refund you the amounts already paid less €20 una tantum for admin fee.
• 1-13 days before arrival and in case of no-show no refund will be made. Up to 3 days before your arrival, you can contact our booking office to move your booking to another period (subject to availability). The amount already paid will be deducted from the new booking.

3) PRICES

You can check prices using the ‘BOOKING‘ option or by filling in the quote request form. If you choose the ‘Book’ option, the price will be calculated automatically according to the parameters entered. Excluded from the calculation are any additional costs required by the campsite and payable locally (tourist tax, linen hire, etc.).

On each destination page you will find a section on accommodation prices (minimum and maximum), details of what is included in the price and optional extras.

4) POLICY

  • CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in can take place during reception opening hours. The voucher received by e-mail after payment of the balance must be presented at check-in. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. Any other requirements must be agreed directly with the campsite.

  • AVAILABILITY

Each campsite can apply a minimum stay between 2 to 7 days depending on the season. This information will be displayed during the online booking.

  • CITY TAX

The local tax, where obligatory, is excluded from the final price, must be paid directly on site and is not connected to the amount payable to GoOutside.

  • PETS

Dogs are accepted in the following facilities:

The property requires an extra charge of €20/day to be paid on site.

  • LINEN AND TOWELS

Bed linen and towels, if not included, can be hired at the campsite. The cost can vary according to the structure so please consult the pricelist.
